Season 9, Episode 9 : Jack's Order vs. President's Order!

Heller : Hand me your phone. I'll call the Secret Service. They'll come and pick me up. 








Belcheck: Jack said no phones.

Heller: I am the President of the United States of America and I just gave you an order.










Belcheck: I am not American citizen. This is not America.

Season 9, Episode 6 : President Heller has no other option than to send Jack on the mission

Jack: You have an agent, Kate Morgan.
I want her assigned to me.

Navarro: I am afraid I can't help you there. Agent Morgan is no longer on roster. She's already been earmarked for transfer back to Langley. I only had her in the field provisionally.

Jack looks at Heller.

Heller: Well put her back in the field. Jack wants her. Jack needs her. Jack gets her. 

Navarro: Yes sir.
